Every time a user requests or downloads a file from the web content provided by the FUN-SURF MEDIA, data about these events will be stored in a log file. This information will not be analysed on a level of personal data. Elements of the log file, that could contain personal data will be erased not later than 90 days after collection.

In particular the following data is being stored:

1. name of the file requested,
2. date and time of the request,
3. amount of data transferred,
4. information whether the request was successful,
5. name of requesting page (referrer),
6. requesting IP address.

The collection of IP address in each case will be stored for a maximum of 90 days. The goal is to find out how many users actually visit this site in a reference period of this time. Knowing this quantity we can also correlate the number of page loads, that is being collected by this site. This figure can not be linked to personal data.

After ascertaining the correlation it will then be possible to relatively precisely detect the number of visitors only by means of the number of pageloads, which under no circumstances is personal data, in the future.

Transmission to third parties is excluded.
